Solete is the Managing Director and founder of PremCorp. She is an Approved JSE Sponsor Executive who has specialised in providing advice and guidance to listed companies on the application of the Listings Requirements of the JSE for the past 10 years. She also developed a pro-active Sponsor Product to service Sponsor clients for Nedbank Capital as well as Barnard Jacobs Mellet Corporate Finance (Pty) Ltd.

Philip Armstrong : Senior Consultant

Philip is a Senior Consultant to PremCorp. He provides assistance to various projects initiated by PremCorp and adds unmatched value to the projects due to his wide knowledge and experience of board Governance. Phillip is currently the Managing Director of ENF Corporate Governance Advisory Services (Pty) Ltd. Philip was the convenor and main editor of King II Report. He is the specialist leading proponent of Corporate Governance in South Africa and internationally.
