We feel privileged to advise that the CSIG (Company Secretaries Interest Group) has endorsed one of our products, namely the folders containing a guide to directors' duties and responsibilities in terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE in recognition of the assistance and guidance that one of our products provide to today’s company secretaries and directors. This particular product provides a comprehensive guide to directors of their duties and responsibilities based on the recent changes Listings Requirements of the JSE which came into effect on 1 January 2004.
